The offer

Tsveer LLC (“Side A”, “we”, “us”) sells one personalised downloadable HTML date guide for US$5, paid once. There is no subscription. The price is shown before payment and Shopify displays any applicable tax at checkout. A purchase covers one guide; any additional guide is a separate purchase.

What you receive

The guide includes your itinerary, map links, editable timing, a backup route and confidence prompts. After Shopify confirms payment, the online planner provides 30 days of editing and downloads. You can save a confirmation and the downloaded HTML file for future reference. The file opens in a current full browser; its itinerary works offline, while maps and other external links need internet.

Planning information

Directions, timings, transport and venue information are planning aids, not live guarantees. Check current maps, transport, weather, park gates, accessibility, age restrictions, opening times and bookings before travelling. Side A does not book venues, purchase tickets or guarantee a particular experience or romantic outcome. Custom places are supplied by you.

Using Side A

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Use it respectfully and lawfully. Your private recovery link grants access to your saved plan, so keep it safe and do not publish it. You may share your downloaded guide with your companion for personal use; do not resell the artwork or redistribute the templates commercially.

Payment, confirmation and support

Payment is processed by Shopify. Shopify’s order confirmation is the payment receipt. After a confirmed purchase, Side A also makes a saveable purchase-confirmation file available from the planner, showing the seller, product, price, purchase record, consent record, access period and links to these policies. If a payment is duplicated or a quantity is changed, contact support with the Shopify order number; the seller reviews the issue and any refund is handled in Shopify.

Digital delivery and cancellation

Before checkout, you separately agree to these terms and request immediate digital supply. You acknowledge that digital supply may end a statutory cancellation right where the law permits that result. The checkbox is not preselected, and your choice is recorded. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable consumer right.

For customers in the United Kingdom, the immediate-supply request and acknowledgement are intended to meet the digital-content cancellation rules; if they do not validly do so, the statutory cancellation period remains. Customers in Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and the United States keep all mandatory rights that apply where they live, including rights relating to goods or services that are faulty, not as described, or not supplied. Provincial, state and emirate rules may add rights. See the refund policy for the request process.

General

These terms are governed by New York law only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence take priority. If you have a question or need a remedy, contact the seller first using the details below.
