How to ask for help

Email german@tsveer.com with the Shopify order number, the email address used for payment if you choose to include it, and a short description. Never send card numbers, security codes or your companion’s personal information. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and will use the original payment method for an approved refund where Shopify permits it.

When a refund may be available

We will investigate non-delivery, duplicate charges, an incorrectly charged quantity, a guide that is materially not as described, and a guide that is faulty or cannot reasonably be used. Depending on the problem and the law that applies, the remedy may be a replacement, correction, continued access or a full or partial refund. We do not make a blanket “no refunds” promise or take away mandatory consumer rights.

A change-of-mind refund is not promised after digital supply starts, except where your local law gives you that right or the seller agrees otherwise. This does not affect statutory remedies. Refunds are reviewed and executed in Shopify; they are not automatically issued by the app.

Immediate digital content

Before payment, you can decline immediate supply. If you request it, Side A records that request together with your acceptance of these terms. In the United Kingdom, a valid request and acknowledgement can end the 14-day cancellation right when digital supply begins. If the legal conditions are not met, the cancellation right is not treated as waived. Similar or additional rights may apply under the laws of Australia, Canada, the UAE or the United States; those rights are preserved.

Cancellation wording for the United Kingdom

If you have a statutory right to cancel and want to use it, email us within the applicable period with the subject “Cancel Side A purchase” and this wording, or wording with the same effect: “To Tsveer LLC: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the Side A personalised date guide, ordered on [date], Shopify order [number], name [name], address [address], signature if sent on paper [signature], date [date].” We will assess the request under the law that applies to you.

After a refund or cancellation

A confirmed full refund, cancellation or chargeback removes online editing and further downloads. It cannot recall a file already saved to your device. Deleting plan details does not itself cancel or refund a payment.
