Already paid?

Return to the planner or private recovery link and choose “Check payment”. Enter the Shopify order number from your receipt if requested. Side A verifies the order directly with Shopify; an order number alone does not grant access.

Confirmation and download

After payment is confirmed, download both the interactive guide and the saveable purchase confirmation. Shopify also provides the payment receipt. Keep both files and your private recovery link.

Cannot open the guide?

Save the HTML file and open it in a current full browser. Some email attachments and phone file viewers disable interactive HTML. External maps need an internet connection. If the file is faulty or materially not as described, contact the seller so we can assess the appropriate remedy.

Lost the recovery link?

Try “My guides” in the browser used to create the plan. If you have neither that browser’s saved key nor a recovery link, email support with your Shopify order number. We verify ownership through Shopify before providing a remedy.

Changed your plan?

Update the saved guide within the 30-day paid access period and download a fresh copy. Check Google Maps, venue details and travel conditions before leaving.
